DIY Sugar Scrub For Body | Only 3 IngredientsTreat your skin with this simple DIY sugar scrub for body. It’s quick to make and requires only 3 natural ingredients. This homemade scrub is incredibly moisturising and exfoliating to the skin. After using it, you’ll be left with nourished, silky smooth skin!

The Benefits of Sugar Scrubs

– Sugar scrubs are excellent for exfoliating the skin. They effectively remove the outer layer of dead skin cells and bring healthier skin to the surface.

– Some people think they shouldn’t use body scrubs if they have dry skin. This is incorrect! Body scrubs remove dead skin cells and then deeply moisturise and nourish with oil — a perfect formula. This DIY sugar scrub can be made with olive oil or melted coconut oil, both highly hydrating oils.

– Buying sugar scrubs from beauty shops or spas can be pricy. Making them yourself will save you a lot of money, and they work just as well.

– Sugar scrubs make a great addition to your pampering and self-care routine. You can easily experiment with different essential oils and variations of this simple recipe. Need to relax before bedtime? Choose lavender essential oil. Want a more refreshing scent? Try lemon essential oil.

– Sugar scrubs make a wonderful homemade gift idea. Just place the mixture in a masor jar and attach a cute label and you’re good to go!

Ingredient List

Granulated Sugar – You can use white or brown granulated sugar.

Olive Oil – You can use olive oil or melted coconut oil. Both work great!

Essential Oils – Feel free to use your favourite essential oil scent! I used lavender as I love its relaxation properties.
