Strawberry, Banana & Coconut Smoothie

It’s been quite a while since I’ve shared a smoothie recipe on here. So I thought I’d blog about another one that I’ve been loving recently – the Strawberry, Banana & Coconut Smoothie.

I’ve made this pretty often lately and I’m seriously obsessed with it! Not only does it taste sweet and delicious, it’s packed full of vitamins and makes a great snack or quick on-the-go breakfast. This creamy smoothie contains greek yoghurt, which will help keep you satisfied until lunchtime. Seeing as only four ingredients are needed, it’s simple and easy to make too. Here’s how:

Strawberry, Banana & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana (broken into chunks)
130g of strawberries
1/2 a cup of plain yoghurt
1 cup of Coconut milk
A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Method
Put the ingredients into your blender, blend away until smooth and serve!

I told you it was quick and easy to make! Do you like smoothies? What’s your favourite type?

I don’t really like banana so I normally skip recipes that involve banana, so I’d probably just use the yoghurt, strawberry and coconut water. Never actually used coconut water in a recipe before though either so I may have to give this a go

  2. I love making smoothies for breakfast! My favourite is banana and berries with almond milk & chia seeds. I’ve never thought to add yoghurt though. Sounds like it’d be creamy!
